"I don't like the look of it" oompa loompa sampling track 1991/1992 as played on Stu Allan radio show

Anyone able to help ID this. I haven't heard it in decades but it's always stuck with me. Rememeber it had the flute from the film init too as a hook.
Tried digging through Stu Allan old mix show tapes from around when I heard it but can't find it. Could have maybe been on Nippers show too?. Would love to hear it again, thanks!
