internet keeps crashin

n e 1 help,after a hour or so i seem to lose connection to internet,ive rang virgin and its shag all to do with them ,they say it might be a virus in my comp,if so how do i get rid of it ,its doin me nuts in,n e suggestions plllease help

have you actualy done a virus scan? and identified that IT is a virus and not just virgin doing a dirty cop out (im on virgin and tbh their speeds have been pants lately) - you need to do a virus scan and identify the virus. IF your anti virus software cannot get rid of it you can always go to sites like macafee who will prob have a antidote for it on their webpage or the solution on how to get rid.
tbh you dont give a lot of info so its impossible to help you more on the matter.
