But i thought i would try you lot as i have been pulling my hair out today.

I have a new Samsung PH510 phone and i downloaded the software for it so i can manage contacts etc. Its called Easy gprs by samsung.

I have followed the instructions to the letter and i cant get the phone reconised by the infa red port. I know that is working as i used it for my 7250 earlier. I suspect its a driver problem with the handset but i cant figure it out.

Anyone know where i am going wrong.

Im having a similar problem getting mine to recognise the USB port too......it just wont do it....
