Played on the worst setup ever possible last night at casi in warrington. There was no crossfader on the mixer, the music came out of 1 headfone and there was no monitor with a delay going to the main speakers u cant imagine how much of an effort it was - I did 2 sets 1 at 12 n 1 at 2, the second 1 I was getting a tad more used to it but even so normaly id do sum risky mixes but I new not to even bother trying them coz it would have just ended up double beat central.

Im now off 2 put me speakers downstairs in me house rip me crossfader out of me mixer and chop 1 ear off in preperation for next time :axe:

it went well mate cheers if i can get a lift up there i might go again this satday if n e 1 fancies it il let yas know

everyone who played did diffrent kinda sets and all the dj's were there all night so we just varied it between us. i believe they used to have a lot of trubble there but its all safe as fek now didnt even seem remotely on top at all just peeps out for a good night made me grin when i dropped the finest looked up to see dave n unzy runnin into each other doin sum mad crazy dance the pissheads

john went to his car to get a couple of hours shut eye near the end and got called up coz his baba wasnt well n the bouncers wudnt let him back in to tell us so we got outside and there was no 1 there it was hilarious wanderin round warrington center for 2 hours records in hand with unzy n dave shoutin "wheres the way 2 central station" or summet thinkin wel get the train home got there n the train station was shut - now fancy shuttin a train station the mad heads. ended up gettin a taxi in the end. all in all an eventful night :guitar:

I did the first set at ComeTogether on Friday, all was going really well untill some tosser of a bar man came up, and started fecking about with the sound levels as I was trying to mix:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Thing is Timo had already set them up to perfection....... and then this pleb head came up, fiddled about.... then I lost all the monitor sound until the last record :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

But apart from that, it was a top night..... with really good quality house tunes and vocal overtones NOICE 1 Timo 11 out of 10 m8

Would have give it a 12 if it was not for that guy behind the bar, and his tomfoolery :mad:

eww thats a bit of a shitter that is mate i wud have chopped the geezers hand off. never had no probs like that in warrington - kev and chunky who were on there are sound as fuk n we were all just strugllin thru together we had a laff which is how it shud b, cant b doin with nob rashes who think they know it all next time mate let us know il get the lads down form salford lol

theres meant to b a new "club" opening, the Funkey Monkey (sounds a bit shit to me)
anyway, apparently its "retro classics"
whether this means oldskool, or Night Fever by the BeeGees i aint sure :p

In'it m8, done some right holes before mi'sen

I did a Chicargo house music night once in Hartlepool ( Strange place to have one ) When I got their, it was this doddgy Working mans club, on the ruffist council estate you could ever imagine:eek: What's more the DJ stand was behind a cage....... slightly un-nerving to a stranger like me. As it turned out it was a top night..... but dont think I ever went back for an euncore !!:phones:
