A really funky set from Mr Kelly. I can't find out a huge amount about Strictly Groovy, other than it seems to have been held at a club called Martha's Vineyard in it's early days, then in 1996 it was at Tramps in Swansea, based on flyers on PhatMedia. Assuming it was the same promotor.
