Hey there Maccy, thanx man :) Yes, its my channel. I remember all your comments ! Slow progress at the moment tho. More problems on my Sharp deck, bloody thing. One of the belts inside must of snapped, as both tape 1 and 2 are now having problems. The CD-X9 has 3 belts inside, with one of them being shared across both decks. Got to pretty much take the whole thing apart to detatch the cassette membrane from the inside, so you can replace the main belt. I should have it fixed soon. It just takes a long time to take everything apart and back together in one piece. Have to be really methodical. I recently found a genuine manual on Ebay. From Germany it was. Very nice. Manual has the full schematics for the whole machine. All the part numbers. Very detailed and impressive for 1989. Ive already done it once before. Not a very nice job. Must attack it soon hehe
