JOY @ THE LEEDS UNIVERSITY, STYLUS. 30TH APRIL 2005

Joy present yet another massive night of classic anthems recapturing the early days of dance culture at this awesome new venue.
Expect the biggest and best tunes 0f the 1990's at this Ark style classics event which is quickly becoming one of the most respected old skool nights in the north.
Attractions include: 2 rooms of tunes, full Joy lazer and light show, full air conditioning, chill out areas and a 1500 capacity.And not forgetting one hell of a DJ line up that any decerning clubber will understand is a hard one to beat...

Anyone who has been to a JOY event in the past will already know how much we are dedicated to quality!!
This event is a propper full on, in your face genuine old skool night recapturing the vibe from when the tunes were bigger than the DJ.

Have to say that the venue is top . . . ( was down there the other week funnily enough , with a friend who went down to look round the place on an open day ) . . . . . the place is HUGE !! rekon you could fill it with students alone the amount there is there , didnt realise how big the place is , tis like a whole town inside a town that place . . lol

Ha Ha...Yeah it is a big one!!, very nice place this, Been offered every 8 week here so it looks like its another regular for us, see how it pans out at this event, getting really good feed back from all over the place so it looks promising...

Yeah we have 1500 capacity, No reason why it wont be packed...it always is...and its always a top atmos....
All the DJ's always make a mad one of it at joy too :crazy: so its always a good laugh.
Watch out for the after party at a wicked wine bar in leeds for all the DJ's and guests where we will continue on till the wee small hours :fekked:

i can't wait for this one!!! every time ive been to joy its been tops, looking forward to seeing luigi again! whats the dress code at stylus? can you get in wi trainers on? i went there a couple of years ago to see Carl Cox and i was really impressed with the club plus theres plenty of good looking women!

Yep, will be a good one this :thumbsup: You will be fine with your trainers on...As usual the atmos will be tops....I must admit im really looking forward to this one too...will be another mad one :crazy:

He was involved in ARK from day 1...getting old now and nobody really knows much of him these days.. but we are working on it...Maybe when we get Rob Tissera on ill put him on too ( Anne Savage wants to play when Rob does too :thumbsup: )

He was a good mc, didnt ramble on like most do, he just said a few words now and again and introduced all the DJ's etc....thats all you need in my view, Johnny bongo does this for us between doing his thing on the bongo's, and he is really good..
