One time we went, someone had said Pete Tong was playing (I hadn't seen him play since 1992-this was 2001 and I was a little sceptical) He completely proved me wrong and had the whole club going mad, with tunes like Blaze-My Beat, Green Velvet-La La land, Missy Elliott-Get Ur Freak On. I have to say that although he has been criticised for his mixing, he is possibly the most versatile DJ around (And of course has contributed more than most to the scene-but that's a whole new thread!
