If you get them from a proper butchers shop I dont think you will have the same problem, cos I find many pre-packed supermarket meats always have one bit that tastes a bit dodgy- also I find that freezing them makes wierd shit happen tastewise too, where 80% is okay, but some of whatever it is is just mingin'.</p><p></p><p>Sirius.</p></blockquote><p></p>
