Right, anyone ever trade in a phone at Orange or similar? I called in today and they will give me £50-£150 for the old phone, depending on new contract.

Problem is its not working that well as it had water spilled on it. How much do they check? For one you need the loadspeaker on at all times, and sometimes when you turn it on it asks for a restriction code.

I still have the box etc, so i was just going to act like it was fine, what do you reck?

TBH Ams I don't think they give a fuck... it's just a way in that they can sign you up for a new contract :)

Just like a trade in on a car... they are more interested in the new sale than the old piece of kit (majority is scrapped anyhoos).

If they play up then just say you'll go elsewhere - watch em shit it :)

Thanks to all those who replied. We are so like soulmates that we deffo we mates in a previous life blah blah.

I have decided to stick with Voda as they pretty much will do the same deal, plus i don't have to now leave the house etc lol.

Wouldn't mind a new phone myself after losing my last dead good recent phone the other weekend:cry:

All the decent ones cost quite a bit though without a contract and seeing as i've already got a contract for the coming year i'm a bit pissed off:|

Anybody know where I can get a good phone cheaply?:thumbsup: :D
