you have to be a bit more specific as to what the hardware is. OK so windows finds a bit of hardware -it cant get any more information than that. Your gonna have to open your case to find out what exactly make of audio/video cards ie "creative" and get the model ie "audigy2" and any other information on the card.
then pop over to www.driverguide.com
and download the specific drivers for that device and make sure you download the correct ones for your operating system
