right i'm not being funny but what are you on. you've asked a question, been given the answer, and all you can do is be abusive.
as usual you've not made yourself very clear but to put a normal link in your post you type it, it doesn't get much easier.
it'll not be long before people stop replying to you all together.
Hey, to be fair, the guy asked a question and he gets a load of witty quips and sarcastic comments with the answer, he may not know the banter crack we have round here and may quite rightly get a bit shirty when all anyone does is slag him off on everything he writes. You have to admit it was wry, lol.
Saying that, Jordan m8, you have to learn to engage a bit more thought in your participance here cos we dont really go in for short chat which should be more MSN based, and meaningless clutter posts that are a bind to wade through. All I think we would ask is to engage your brain a bit and ask yourself if others really would like to waste thier time looking at somewhat inane posts that seem to just be about filling your time up?.
Hey, I think youre just finding your feet here and sort of feeling around for whats the do's and donts here I suppose, and I think we could accomodate you more if only you would be a bit more sensible in what you are doing..
You have to remember there is allsorts of people on sites like this, from the 'blunt say it how it is with no bullshit' arrogant types like myself, middle grounders, technical types who deal with inane questions everyday for a living, different political stances like left wingers, marxists, socialists, blind appologists, liberals, lemmings, right wingers, conservatives, labours, democrats, nationalists etc also maybe coffin dodgers, drunkards (lol), wives, mothers, fathers, athiests, extremists, hindu's, sikh's, buddists, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, hetrosexuals, shirkers, workers, and even Norris Mcwhirters if you look on the list of members!! lol.......so, you need to be sure about your stance before you make any noise that may get on somebody's nerves and be prepared to back up your remarks, and not come across as just childish or whatever (like the dick/nose poll and the mix list saga Jamiii must be on about).
Im not speaking for anyone but me here, but if you could just take a moment to think about the purpose of what you post and if it is worthy of somebody clicking and reading it or maybe try and be a bit more concise (like in this help question) it would be a hell of a lot smoother for you fella
and some poeple perhaps need a bit more patience I feel, we are not all born computer boffins. . I never knew how to put up a link which had my own text over the web address until about 3 months ago, and even then it was a fluke cos I just kinda typed over it and it worked and kept the hotlink.........lol.
