Hi guys,

I'm after a copy of Mixmag from approx 94/95 as there was a article ,in fact (I think) the front cover was entitled "Prisoners of Ecstasy", and it's the copy AFTER this one I'm after as I was one of these and wrote a letter in response to the article and it got published. Would pay a few quid for a copy if anyone out there has it.

The original article highlighted how people could get severe sentences for little amounts of E, I got 3 years for 14 pills, basically for sorting out mates. This was the whole point of the original article so my response got in the letters section. Even a scanned copy of that would be great, it's in response to the article "Prisoners of Ecstasy" and signed off Mark HMP Isle of Man.

Hi,

I remember reading this at the time, but my copy has long gone I'm afraid so I can't help. The issue you are looking for I believe is Volume 2 number 41 - the prisoners of ecstasy article was in vol 2 no. 40 and had Orbital on the cover. The one you are after featured Jamiroquai on the cover. Brady on here has virtually every Mixmag and this one is showing on his list, so if you message him he might scan it for you? Alternatively there is one for sale on eBay but it's a bit pricey at £14.99 - link here:

Gosh I was young back then, at least my English has improved (I think!)
