M&M with Rachel Wallace 12" wanted

Hi. I am looking for a copy of the M&M with Rachel Wallace I FEEL THIS WAY - SUB BASE 006R vinyl 12". The version with the beefed up mix. I have been told this is quite rare. Anyone got a copy or can tell me what I would expect to pay for one?

£40 is what it usually goes for on ebay but if you look hard on net u shud be able to find it cheaper. Il have a look for u and see if i can see one!

If u willin to pay £40 though u might aswell get it off ebay.
