no brady mate,
its all appologies and "I do appreciate the problems which can be caused when mail goes astray, particularly when you have taken the trouble to use our Recorded Service" & "Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and I hope you will accept my appologies for the concern and inconvenience we have caused you. If we can be of any more help, please contact us again"...

I suppose the reply will be relative to which customer service centre you send the claim into but can only praise the Salford office (you did'nt send yours after an Old Firm game did you fella?)

Doesnt answer any emails at all , and to really piss me off this is the second time I have bought this same statue from america and the first seller has been proven to be a fraudster and is very very slowly paying the money back but seems to have stopped!!

Dont think I am going to buy anything ever again especially from the US .

Devious,

Just to say, re the mail service in the UK, a mate bought an X Box end of November, which was posted recorded delivery, he never got it, and on the 19th December cashed a cheque the guy sent him to refund him (inc postage costs)

He'd gone out the other day to buy a new one and his girlfriend rang him to say it had arrived (31st December - over a month later!) he didn't have to sign for it, and it was postage stamped with the date 27 December, so what had the postie's been doing with it for over a month?!

Might not make you feel any better, but just to say some things do eventually turn up!

Best of luck with getting what you're waiting for.
