Right time to give the old girls a bit of a make over (decks, not the wife at this stage).
Im not after changing colours, lights or blinging them up as they are a pair of honest 1989/90 1200's which have served me well. They had a phono cable change about 7/8 years ago and I feel its time for another. There used to be a kit on ebay which sold for circa £20 per deck for phono cables full shielded and of a decent weight with earths, ready to install. I cant find them anywhere now, anybody else sell them? Also has anybody replaced the styli cables and internal cables to the tone arm?
Just looking for simple and effective upgrades as the decks are running like clockwork just feel the copper cables are letting them down a bit.
