Bif of help please

I'm after the 1986 version of this tune, its all over the net but what is the original US label for the release?

Theres loads of remixes out there too, what are the like?
Whats the best mix?

Whats the 1990 mix like?

I was watching 24 hour party people the other week and it was dropped in the Hac and when the piano drops in, RARRRRR!!!!

Forgotten how much I love this tune!

Any help will be gratefully received:D

Tooooonarooony ideed Mr H.

I got the 1990 mix (which is arse imo - more mellow than orig) but can rip if u want a listen. But it also has the orig on the flip... & also summat that is labelled as a pella but isn't :axe: This is on Trax with a pic sleeve from memory (not the 'normal' Trax pic sleeve though).

PS I too went snooker loopy when that was dropped while watching 24 Party People  Also when Voodoo Ray came in  Voodoo ray in 5.1 is the mutts

Funny one this - it came out on Dj International & Trax - i think that Trax released it without permission - i got it on DJ int - pressing is best - i got my one in 1991 -probably a repress as there was quite a lot about at the time - but has the best mixes

Gotta have House

I think I have the original original which says was Marshall Jefferson and Ron Hardy on "Affair records" from 1986

I have the remixes on trax too.

;)

That affair thing sounds familiar, I think that's what I have.

Definitely English. I think it was "....so and so presents..." and I can't find my copy cause I can't remember who the so and so is. I haven't filed it under Marshall Jefferson anyway.

Found it, I must learn how to spell...

Marshall Jefferson and On The House, 4 x mixes on the Affair Records release, and mine says manufactured in the UK. It also says that the publishing rights belong to Sanlar, they had the publishing rights to most if not all of the Trax releases.
