Christ! Those piccies brought back the old memories. I am sure that was at the Empire. You are right, the top picc is of my cousin Dougie but the bottom is defo me. The old, sticking the tongue out pose caught the eye of all the ladees....yeah right. Prob the reason why I'm still single!!:$

Well after speaking to smoke the other day, top man, I should let you guys know that happy days and OXS shall be collaborating soon so keep your peepers open for a huge night that will be OXS v's Happy days. You can all catch Smoke Mcing on the Novemeber gig though at bar mocha 24th November gonna be big we're putting him back with the man who helped him get residency at platinum Pete Monsoon
All the residents will be there and line up will be fought out amongst themselves! Can't wait to meet all the preston fellas Mark says he knows it's gonna bring back loads of memories seeing as he spent most of his youth in clubs over the hill....I'm thinking the big midsummer night eve gig we have society could possibly be a war of the roses night smoke what do ya reckon?

Wait till you see the 5 albums of marks zone ones inaprticular the ones on our studio wall with cheesy grins all round by matt after being freshly sorted lol. glowsticks a go go on some of the others we should have a competition to see how many of the folk on em are members here x

Bit of a late reply but just managed to get back online
.......Absolutely amazing night!!! Me and Mikey P made the road trip down from Cumbria and it was well worth it. First 2 in the club and the tunes were already in full effect......as soon as expose-tell me why dropped that was me on the dancer for the rest of the night!
Unfortunately wasnt old enough to attend the old zone, so this was a slight taster of what the old days were like....quality!
The main Matt Bell was quality as expected, who I must say doesnt look a day over 30, I was one point wondering whether it was him or not . Whats ya secret mate? lol
Had a good crack with Chris Baker outside giving us the low down of the old zone days. Making the Road trip down Preston to see his set in November, bound to be another blinder!
Mc Irie on form and as random as ever, I remember him doing the little jack horner rhyme and then saying "dunno whether hes still getting high or not...I just don't know" haha
Thanks to all the crew for making it a top night and to Smoke for making to all possible!!! Will defo be making the trip down again keeping my eyes peeled for the next event
