shooms mate, pay absolutely no attention to this what so ever. I am stuck in work, extremely stressed and tired and I admit I bit at your comments. I thought you were having a pop at the type of tunes i play. As for mc's, i was trying to give a balanced opinion. I even gave an example of where I kind of agreed with ya's. As for your point about the general public. All the peeps on here who have given their opinion have an interest in the music otherwise they would not be on here in the 1st place. Most of the peeps who I know go to old skool nights don't have the same love of the music. They are just tunes they like. Most go out just to escape the monotiny of their normal every day lives. Basically they go out to get smashed and an mc makes the buzz better. They are not mithered whether an mc is singing over a vocal or a scratch. They just want to lose the plot. Plus shooms you have to admit if the vast majority of peeps did'nt like mc's then promoters would not book em. It's supplying a demand. If peeps did'nt like em then there would be no suxch thing as an mc in a nightclub:thumbsup:
