I dont actually have word or excel or owt on my laptop!!! :| How do I go about getting these then?

Errm, you go to somewhere like PC world and buy a Compact Disc from Microsoft, put the disc into your laptop Cd ROM and follow the instructions.....

Or you can use an alternative, strictly free for home use.
