Middle Of The Night Fag ....

recently i have found my self waking up in middle of the night an having a ciggarette :S , now i have never done this before ! ! was wondering if anyone knew why i may be doing this ..

does anyone else find themselves doing this ?

i have a habit of getting myself a bowl of crunchy nut then havin a fag afterwards in the middle of the night :| , but in the morning cant remember a thing the evidence is there an empty bowl and fags/ashtray which i dont normlaly hav in my room, unless im being entertained after sex fag and all that
