Yeah madras r a good strangth. Bit of a bhuna girl myself tho. Cnt eat it with rice tho, chappatti's all the way!!! Makes me laff all the binners ordering korma sauce n chips :mad:

I upset a lot of folk last time this topic was about by implying Korma isnt really a curry, but a sort of sauce topping! lol. Theres no hot spices in Korma as far as Im concerned. They are not really wimps, honest. Some people just dont mix well with spicy foods. Im not a 'hot contest' type myself either.

I like medium to hot. Mostly I have the (higher than average hotness where available) favourite 'Tikka Masala', but I do enjoy much hotter too.
I agreee that there are places where a curry is so hot you dont actually taste anything between blowing smoke rings off your tongue and gasping for air after downing half a pint of lager per mouthfull. They are just wank. I like to taste and feel the burn!. If it doesnt tingle your top lip, I dont regard it as a curry.

I had a mexican chicken based meal once for the first time about last yearish, forgot the name (its a well known meal) and that was great. :thumbsup:
