A Track from around 1994-1996 Thta i do not know the title artist.

the only vocals i remember are PARTY PEOPLE (Its not DJ TRIX or PROBLEM HOUSE etc) then a mad piano samba type break down comes in then a bloke screams LA BAMBA and the beat comes back in?

Any ideas??
