Hello yall

Just been on the blowa to orange and they want £30 for upgrade to the new phone i want (arseholes)Been with em for years So i,m lookin thru the paper and i come across an o2 ad saying Free PS3 with certain phones for £35 a month with 500 texts and 600 x network mins??? Cant see a catch??? Just wondered if any1 has gone for any of these deals at all.. Sounds 2 good 2 be true

A guy i work with got a similar deal but got a xbox 360 no catches.You will probably have to wait a month think that is to stop you getting phone,games console then sending phone back and keeping console.

Benny I'm not sure if it's still the case mate but I know originally when these offers started the phones that had really good free gifts with them were not the latest models, or not the most popular handsets, ones that the company had been stuck with a shed load of.
Whether or not this is still the same I dont know, and at the end of the day you might not be arsed about what phone you get as long as it's decent, but personally I'd rather have the phone I want on a tarrif that's right for me than have a phone I wasn't arsed about on a tarrif that didn't suit my needs just coz it had a free ps3 or 360 with it

Everytime i've looked into the smallprint of those deals they're pretty bad value imo. They're pretty much all 18 month contracts too that i've seen.

If you can get a deal including a consol with your contract, then you'll usually find you can get find the same deal elsewhere without a consol for a damn sight cheaper and you can buy a consol from elsewhere and still save money
