The problem seems to be when i move the mp3`s from my HD to a small 512 removable disk to put on another pc.

When i try and open the file i moved it says file type not supported, when i compare the properties of the file i moved and the orig they are identical

Very strange, any idea`s?

Ta.

In a world of my own
duno mate but its worth a try :)

zip some up, that way if anything gets corrupt it will be the zip file not the mp3, if it does corrupt you wont be able to open the file if it doesnt you can open the file and the mp3's should be ok inside.

just summat to try like :)

strange how some work and others dont though

Not sure if this will help..

When using winamp have a look at the file location and note a note of it.

Then right click on start and Explore to the location. Save the file to your memory pen from within Explorer. Copy on the other computer and ask winamp to search to new music.

Please let me know if this works..
