msn keeps logging in and out

every bastard few minutes.. and file transfers have gone dead slow, even from dannsters pc which is on the same network..

i think its only happenin since i installed zone alarm...


any ideas anyone please

i had same probs when i had zone alarm installed...lagged pc to bits too..wasnt to impressed with it...so got shot
