My pc has been playing up for a while now and unfortunately I've had to format using a copied version of Windows XP.
Now because it's a copied version I cannot use Windows Updates because of the authentication tool and because of this I cannot install msn either ffs.
When I try to install the old version that I have an .exe file for it tells me there is a newer version and would I like to install it ?
If I click yes I need to get all the Windows updates and if I click no and try to sign in it's telling me than unless I install the new version then I can go no further
Pretty sure I wont be the only person on here with a dodgy version of Windows lol so if anyone knows of a way round this could you please let me know ??
