Got woke up at 5.30 am this morning with fome bleeping it was a multi media message , says ... ( no number ) and everytime i try and open it it says failed to retrieve the message . . its doing my head rite in now its not the fone coz i got another pic sent this morning and thats come threw fine , anyone know why ?

you may have a virus on your phone which is causing the problem (fairly common sometimes transmitted via bluetooth)
if the problem persists do a soft re set on your phone (remove the battery with the power on) if this does not work you can do a manafacture reset on your phone (details in your manual) and finally if this does not do the trick you will need to get your software reflashed on ur handset (free if in 12 months warranty)

jesus didnt even know u cud get a virus on your fone ! ffs the thing is a week old , cheers for the help wayne , mucho appreciated

it could even be that the person sending you the message hasnt done it corerectly and it is in a diff format to the one your phone reads. Ive had mates try to send me stuff before now and i either get the "file is not a suppirted format" or "unable to retrieve file"
