Murran the hedgehog

Does anyone remember the cartoon Murran the hedgehog it was on rather late on channel 4 late 80s I think and he lived in a flat and the story was about his life im sure his last name was butchstangusher or something mad like that most probably a dubbed cartoon like vicky the viking from a distant crazy country.

I have had a look online but nothing.

Hahahah yes i remember this very well was a particulalry bizarre program as i recal. Before i saw your 2nd post i was thinking hmmm baron munchhousen or summat so wasnt far off the mark
