Ive done a mix using the hercules dj thingy but the sound quality seems pretty poor, when i listen to some of the tunes ive mixed on there own on WMP10 they sound great. Does using the console reduce quality or issit just me, they`re on my pc and play at 128 kbps, my mix is at 160kbps for some reason, could this be why???

hello mate,

explain what you mean by poor. Does the sound breakup a lot, or is it that the sound, sounds like its been recorded at a much lower bit rate?

It sounds like its an old tape, no hissing but theres a bit thats like all chords and instead of being smooth its like its under water, if that sounds right. The mix is on here, its mojo v1.o if u wanna listen. Its hard to explain really or it could just be me.
