:) thanks mate, i just love overlapping breaks, and fucking phat pianos as well. i hate house, hence the lack of 4/4 house beats in me choons, except the odd kick break thats just a 4/4 or summat. thanks for listening mate, really glad u enjoyed them, they are just me nuhardcore breaks kinda trax, ive done loads more downtempo and generally more complex tracks, if u go onto my site. Index of /downloads and click on 4.30 in the AM vocal mix, and numbers remix, u will get what i mean ;)

I used to use a lot of oldskool hardcore breaks myself, so I know how great it is to bang a load of stuff together in that style!. Mine were more altern8 style hardcore beats rather than Formation Records/Suburban Base though, lol.

For 17, its cracking. When I was 17 I was nowhere near banging such tunes out.

I might start a new thread on this, cos I dont wanna hijack yours.....but is there a market for 'new' oldskool in general?. Is it sellable/wanted by kids today? It strikes me that things need to have 'bounce' or breaks/electro styles on them to be seen as viable in the marketplace........

Anyhoo..... I will save that for another thread!

thanks mate ;) only been at this proper for a year, so me choons aint finished masterpieces yet, but the ideas are still there, in albeit raw form lol.

as for market, fucked if i know mate, i dont know anyone round my end whos even remotley into what i do, nevermind heard of it, all they care about is scouse house or hardhouse really, or indie, theres nothing else round ere really, personally i love breaks so its natural im gunna use em in a track, i make loads of music, but im just moving a bit down the nsb/hcb sorta route at the mo, the other stuff i make is a bit more 'intelligent' (that meaning it takes longer to make, and more layers and shite) also its worth noting that i cant read nor write music, i do everything by ear, so if it sounds out of key, thats coz im a spoon and cant play keyboard properly lol.

u shud put some of ur shit up mate, wud love 2 hear it!
