Message: <blockquote data-quote="blue jammer" data-source="post: 242964" data-attributes="member: 1606">Good idea for a thread  <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up    :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /> My first rave was M.V.I.T.A (manchester vibes in the area) 808 State and a few others I'd not heard of (and can't remember) at King Georges Hall, Blackburn, 1990 (around May I think) I'd won tickets to it on Key 103, and myself and mate went down, we had no plans on how we'd get back, as we'd got a train down there from Manchester, heh it was a crackin' night, and I always remember Al-fonso going on and on with himself "all me lions and me lionesses, come in, come over" the mad bugger..Had to sleep on the floor outside Blackburn train station, as it didn't open till 10am the next day (a sunday) so we took it in turns 'guarding' each other while one slept, as there were a few tramps around that kept coming up and down past us.<img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big grin    :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" /></blockquote>
