there was an early prog like tune around 1992 that had a babies voice in the breakdown in the middle of the track also it had a female vocallly bit that sang something like

" hey yeah eh yeah - hey yeah eh yeah"

and a nice bliss full piano riff

any taker on the name and artist

maybe a mix from Dance Conspiracy - Dub wars......although a hardcore tune from 92...one of the 5 chapters was a mellow number and would have fitted into a proggy set..
