I was thinking that taking down the curtains was a hassle. I wonder why they didn't tell me any of this. They're not replacing the wooden bits on the inside, just the windows themsleves- so i kinda thought that perhaps it would be a simple pop the old one out, pop the new one in. I know the french door thingies on the back is going to be hard work as they have to knock a big hole and shiz. Its going to be terrible as i am not allowed to have the heating on as it is due to very big bill that we got in the post yesterday.
