is it me or is mixmag a right pile of dump these days. Having bought it for well over ten years i`ve noticed its all gone really pants. Did anyone read their 100 best dance tunes of all time?. what a joke. It should have been called the most commercial dance tunes since 1997.
Mixmags page on id`ing tunes is also rubbish. they don`t know what anything is (unless its hardhouse or uk garage) jeez. I don`t know why I still buy it.

What we need (and I think WAFC said this a while ago), is a mag for the old skool massive 88-96 or whatever that feat clubs, reviews, DJ profiles, tunes etc etc

Not online, but a proper mag, that you can read on the bog etc

i completely agree 100%. Written by those that know for those that know. None of this current old school bandwagon pilfering the wrong bits from back in the day.
i.e. Ministry of Sound old school compilations - what a joke.

I stopped reading mixmag years ago.

I always have a problem with music magazines that have a clothes section.

WTF is all that about.

Muzik was okay at first and then that disappeared firmly up its own anus.

Is there anything left worth reading?
