Newbie who needs help with a song

I'm trying to find a song from early 90s I think, i think it was called NRG, it's a robotic voice going NRG NRG, I need it, I need it. I'm unsure of who it was, it was on one my favourite mix tapes.

Any ideas? Also, what an amazing site!
