Can anyone please help me and pauly?

We have just got back from Ibiza today :cry: :cry: :cry: to incredibly shitty weather I might add :S and I have been trying to transfer the pics we took on paulys phone to the pc :crazy:

Ive d/l all the stuff I need, but for some reason it wont work :confused: :confused:

Im too scared to mess around with it too much, cos I dont want to lose the photos (cos theres some ace ones)

Can anyone give me step by step help, or failing that, come round and do it for me lol ;)
