I have had no record or any communication from the seller. I requested PayPal investigate and I won. However, since he has no money in his paypal acount, they cannot refund my monies. I have since checked his feedback again and low and behold he has done this to at least 8 people and I believe he has obtained quite a few quid fraudulently. Although this is fraud on a small scale, it's still fraud and feel there is little I can do as lives (apparently) in Germany. Have any of you had a similar problem to me? Or can anyone advise on what I could do? Not particularly to get my money back, but to at least try and get this scrotum sweating and try and illiminate somebody else getting ripped off. I don't mind pursuing this person because this sort of thing really pisses me off but I just don't know where to start.Can anyone help?Cheers</blockquote>
