Numark Axis 8

Hi all,
I been having trouble with my numark axis 8 cd player. The pitch needs recalibrating I'm getting -6 at one end & +3.3 at the other
The DSP effects dont seem to work when using the jog wheel, also I'm supposed to be able to search through a track buy pushing a button and using the jog wheel, again not working
if anybody has had one of these axis 8 players and had similar probelms can yas lets me know what you did to fix the problem.
or if anybody knows anywhere that can repair one of these plz let me know by pm or by replying to this thread

found the info for calibration from numarks website, followed the instructions and sorted my problem

click support and then software updates theirs a PDF file that explains recalibration
