mr richard jones (known as rick jones or rj to his friends) a highly proffesional and qualified disc jockey and who has been spinning the tunes for over 10 years tipped the whole dj'ing world on its head last week at courtneys bar in manchester city center - uk. he actually mixed a song in that was on a, wait for it............. a cd!! you know a compact disc, a cd 1 of them little round silver things that ur mum listens to!!
i think its the end of the line for mr jones whatever next hel be mixing minidiscs soon
there are currently a lot of cd a phobes with money on his head, one of them being a mr v animal from up on t'ills who has been reported as sayin "no ruddy catalouge number, wheres the italian stamp" and a mr s huxerly from stokport way has said "sometimes i do"
could this be end for vinyl mixing as we know it...................

The times they are a-changing........awwwwww - I'm old enuff to remember bleedin' 8 track cassettes from the 70's which were the size & weight of a house brick....
