Right !!! I've only just seen this one !!!
O'Leary didn't leave - he was pushed (IMO). He has done wonders for the club and no Manager can be blamed for injuries etc, these things just happen.
I do think he could have done something with the antice off the pitch tho & given the people concerned a good kicking BUT at the end of the day, if they go out of their way to be stupid & get into stupid situations then there's not a great deal he can do.
In terms of Rio Ferdinand. I dont' think for one second that he wants to sell him to the Manc scum....he's irreplaceable in the squad at the moment & especially as Leeds are struggling financially. He's got a good chance to make a decent name for himself at Leeds & he'll succeed there I reckon.
Just because O'Leary may have gone on a bit too much about Leeds being a 'young side' fair enough, he laboured the point a bit BUT what about bloody Fergie "it was the ref's fault", "the sun was shinig in the wrong direction" "there were leaves on the line" etc etc.
He's the master of shite excuses when they lose......and a poorer loser I haven't seen in years.
You can all mock Leeds as much as you like but I think you'll find that in the England World Cup bid, it was two Leeds players that were hailed as being the hero's of the side...... Rio Ferdinand & Danny Mills.
so NER !!!
