anyone else? keepin having to hit that good ol' F5 button, and its starting to peck, its ok on other forums though

yeh sumtimes ive had this and had to reboot the pc cus the page isnt working or its totally frozen up!!! its only started happening though since all the problems with the page not loading properly....could they be connected??????
