Paper round xmas tips.......

Jade my eldest over the last couple of weeks has been getting cards from the people she delivers papers too. Every time she came in she put her tips in a pot and she has just counted it out now £100.12 can you believe it.
We never got that much when we did it.

Did any of you have paper rounds and get tipped at Christmas. I just cant believe how much the little lady has, bless her.

Ahh thats well good........i was never allowed to do anything like paper rounds or carol singing or trick or treating...cus my nana was so paranoid of me getting getting snatched by some weirdo whos door i happened to knock on!!! Didnt realise i was that desireable hahahahahaha :S

I helped my brother do a paper round when I was a nipper, I didnt last two weeks, cos it was bloody hosswork, hahahaha. Lazy Bone Idle Good for Nothing S.O.B, thats me! hahahahaha.

All they do now with the free papers is do about half, then dump em in the fields over the wall from sight :| . Lovely.


Thats an immense tip factor though! Thats a nice story of getting cards and stuff for a mere paper round job, and this is the kinda thing this country needs telling about on main papers and TV etc, some thing good to help project goodness .

Well, if the paper-roundee is stuck to spend the money, Im sure theres some tunes I need buying lol.

awwww fair play to your Jade PW all I got when I were a nipper delivering paper were a clip round ear & then back down t'pit I had to get up 2 hours before I went to sleep & all we had to eat were gravel... on good days it were hot gravel mind.......eeeeeeh but we were glad of it
