Pete Tong Intro - "31 SECONDS"

I know that I should possibly Tune ID this, but I'm not so sure that its a tune, more of a jingle, so pragmatism being the order of the day, I've posted this thread.

For the past fifteen odd years Tong has used a sample/jingle that goes something along the lines of "31 seconds and we're going for autosequence launch" before a woman says something like "whose got the power etc etc".

I know its not Origin Unknown, but I think that it uses the same sample.

Any ideas?

I think the sample comes from the Apollo 11 moon landings in '69 although i cant be sure.
