No food & shedloads of water. You get into a state of ketosis where you are basically burning yourself for energy <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" /> </p><p></p><p>I did that for 4 months & have been going to the gym for the last month doing lots of weights & swimming - I've started to eat a high protein meal in the evenings (basically grilled fish / chicken / steak on a bed of spinach / watercress / rocket) to help the giddiness I was feeling from doing the weights.</p><p></p><p>I averaged around 3lb loss per week or a stone a month...
