Posting in progress???

In the chat, sometimes it appers "Posting in progress" and don't permitt to write anymore... what are the reason?

Think its just catching up - if theres a lot of peeps posting or you are particularly quick it needs to catch up with ya - its happened to me before now when ive been on rambling mode :$

Done it to me a few times too, I just go to new posts and then come back to the shout box and it works fine then
