posting live sets and mixtapes

Are members allowed to post live sets and converted mixtapes on this forum ?
Some sites allow this and others don't.

In the Promos & Recommendations they allow members to upload using a upload site and post links on their site.

If you look on the global Underground site members are not allowed to post links. But are allowed to private message each other with the links.

If not dose anyone know sites that allow this for Oldskool
