Problem with my Anti-Skating - Ideas?

Its stuck on 0 (I have 1210s Mk2 )

And I mean stuck... I dont wanna use much more force as I dont wanna break out?

Any ideas on how I can fix it/what might have caused it?

I can still mix n that just means that scratchin is out the window
