Do not connect any hard drives. put the known working memory back in.You have to eliminate the failed component by process of elimination.also try re-seating the CPU - take the heatsink + Fan off - take the cpu out the socket and sit it back in again - then carefully refit the fan.You only need memory, cpu and mobo + Graphics card (if not onboard)  working to get an initial boot and display. so disconnect everything else and give it a try!.Hope this helps!</blockquote>
