OK, my name is Lauren Roberts and I am currently procrastinating. I am supposed to be doing my dissertation (absolute barf)…ooooh 'it's just a big essay'…hmmmm, there's just sooooooo much of it - fuck ever writing a 100k word thesis paper, like my dissertation tutor (who's a doctor of art or something, and is not much older than me - if at all). She did it on some obscure sculptor in the 1970s who did about 3 pieces of work as well…wth. So anyway, I have deactivated my facebook account…because it is far to tempting a tool of procrastination. It's actually quite hard, it's kind of like having no phone. I'm seeing it as a kind of social experiment (where I am the subject). It's going well. What does everyone else do to procrastinate??? I realise by asking, I might pick up new ways to avoid the inevitable…but ho hum. Also, on a daily basis - I hate procrastination…if it's anything more than noticable…a small amount is ok, and everyone does it from time to time x
